Success in this role requires a strong leadership presence, comfort operating from executive-level strategy to hands-on execution, deep cross-functional collaboration, and working knowledge of technical integration models to translate product capabilities into compelling, compliant partner and dealer experiences.
Essential Responsibilities:

- Channel Growth (Acquisition, Enablement, Activation): Drive B2B2C growth across key ISV ecosystems by accelerating dealer acquisition, integration enablement, and dealer activation within ISV platform environments.
- Strategic Partner Marketing Leadership: Serve as the marketing leader for priority ISV partners (including ServiceTitan, WEX, Housecall Pro), building repeatable joint marketing operating plans that drive measurable adoption, utilization, and mutual partner growth.
- Value Proposition & Positioning: Shape the partner and dealer value proposition for embedded financing inside ISV environments, translating Synchrony product strengths and platform capabilities into clear, actionable messaging, sales enablement, and in-platform merchandising.
- Channel Playbooks & Go-to-Market Execution: Drive channel development and innovation by establishing scalable playbooks for launches, partner onboarding, dealer acquisition campaigns (including use of ISV and OEM partner lists where applicable), lifecycle enablement, and activation programming.
- Business Development Support (or New Partner Expansion): Influence and support business development pipeline efforts by contributing to partner pitches, narrative development, early GTM planning, and cross-functional readiness for new ISV launches and expansions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance: Lead cross-functional execution through influence across Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing counterparts, Legal/Compliance, Analytics, Governance, and Corporate Affairs (including PR and Events), ensuring alignment, speed, compliant delivery and establishing operating rhythms and new ways of working with partners.
- Innovation & AI Enablement: Advance AI adoption and new ways of working by championing AI-enabled tools and approaches (e.g., campaign development acceleration, personalization, testing/optimization, insights generation, workflow automation) to improve performance and operating efficiency.
- Platform, Product & Solution Fluency: Maintain working knowledge of Synchrony platform capabilities and integration approaches (including Synchrony APIs and EHS/UniFi) and apply strong product/capability knowledge to translate technical concepts into partner-ready positioning, go-to-market plans, and dealer enablement strategies within ISV environments, including (as applicable) Revolve, Pay Later (installment), MPQ (combined revolve and installment offering), Quickscreen, and other Home & Auto financing capabilities.
- Budget & Performance Management: Own ISV marketing budget and performance management, for ISV marketing and events; establish measurement frameworks and optimize spend based on results.
- Strategic Events & Executive Engagement (ISV Partners): Lead end-to-end strategy and implementation for key ISV partner events and experiences, owning Synchrony's coordinated event plan, brand presence, sponsorship/booth strategy, product demos, executive and partner engagement planning, internal stakeholder orchestration, and post-event performance measurement. This includes serving as the business owner for Synchrony's presence at ServiceTitan Pantheon (event attendance ~7K) and scaling a repeatable events playbook across other priority ISV partners.
- People Leadership & Talent Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, including one direct report, ensuring clear priorities, coaching, and operational excellence across all deliverables and partner commitments.
